Upton Grange, Northampton - Development for Miller Homes providing homes on a sustainable eco-friendly housing project. Incorporating strict design codes, including specifications for a limited range of environmentally friendly building materials, many sourced locally.
Weldon, Northampton - Groundworks package for Jackson-Green's development of just eight three and four bedroomed luxury homes. Working with imported american timber frame structures, these homes are built to maximise energy efficiency, using renewable resources wherever possible.
March, Chatteris & Arbury Park, Cambridge - Development of greenfield sites to provide social housing for Inspace Partnerships, as part of Inspace Homes sustainable communities plan.
Little Stanion, Corby for JME Civils - Major Infrastructure works for 1,000 houses, site to include schools and district centre.
Ampthill, Bedford - development of 12 luxury apartments for Wheatley Winton Hayes. Groundworks package including landscaping and car parking area.
